Service Level Agreement

This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Customer and Carbon Trade AG (“CarbonX”).

“Customer” means the individual or legal entity accepting this Agreement, or on whose behalf this Agreement is accepted.

“CarbonX” refers to Carbon Trade AG, the entity that owns, develops, and operates the CarbonX products and services (“Products”).

It outlines the legal framework that protects both users and the organization, ensuring trust, accountability, and adherence to global data protection and sustainability reporting standards.

Terms of Service – Defines the rules, rights, and obligations governing platform access and use.

Privacy Policy – Explains how user data, including emissions and organizational information, is collected, stored, and protected in compliance with GDPR and other international data privacy regulations.

Security is a core component of CarbonX’s platform, products, and operations.
